If the plan listed on our website has an option for backup included in price, then
- We perform an offsite weekly backup of all KVM VDS VPS servers and keep 2 active/current backups.
- You can view backups and request a restore of a backup copy via the VDS VPS Management Control Panel.
- Clients also have the option to make/keep 1 manual backup copy per month via the VDS VPS management control panel.
- One-off backups on request are possible as well. Please contact support team.
- All backups are deleted at VPS/VDS termination! We do not keep backups of expired/cancelled services due to customer data privacy reasons.
